The James Beard Foundation has announced the final nominees for the 2012 James Beard Awards at an event in Las Vegas (the semifinalists were announced back in February). The winners of each category below will be announced on Monday, May 7, 2012 at Lincoln Center?s Avery Fisher Hall in New York City. Here are the nominees:
