Aberdeen city centre is in line for a new noodle bar restaurant.

Aberdeen City Council's Development Management Sub-committee unanimously approved the application for the property which previously housed the Jaeger store at the west end of Union Street.

The committee heard that the restaurant, which will also offer a take-away facility, will be open from 11am until 11pm, but would be busiest at lunchtime.
